Recommend PLManager to ecommerce sellers

1. The program.

The PLManager affiliate program (the “program”) lets approved affiliates recommend PLManager, a profit and loss service for ecommerce sellers, using a personal affiliate link. “PLManager”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of plmanager.com. “You” means the person or business that applies.

2. Eligibility and approval.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or apply on behalf of a business.
• The information in your application must be accurate. Tell us if it changes.
• Approval is at PLManager’s sole discretion. We may decline any application without giving a reason.
• Submitting an application doesn’t make you an affiliate. You join the program only when we confirm your approval by email.

3. Your affiliate link.

Once approved, you receive a personal affiliate link. Use only that link to refer people to PLManager, and don’t let anyone else use it as their own. Only referrals made through your link, and in line with these terms, qualify.

4. Program details.

Full program details are shared with approved affiliates. Referrals that break these terms don’t qualify.

5. Honest promotion and disclosure.

• Promote PLManager honestly and accurately. Describe only the features and plans shown on plmanager.com, and don’t promise results such as higher profits or savings.
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you share your link, for example: “This is an affiliate link.”
• Follow the laws and platform rules that apply to you and your audience, including advertising, endorsement-disclosure and privacy rules.

6. Prohibited methods.

You may not:

• Spam: send unsolicited emails or messages, or post your link in comments, forums or groups where it isn’t welcome.
• Self-refer: use your link for your own purchases or sign-ups, for your own store, or for accounts you control.
• Bid on our brand: bid on “PLManager” or similar terms, including misspellings, in paid search; or use “PLManager” in an ad’s display URL.
• Make misleading claims: make false or exaggerated statements about PLManager’s features, plans, prices or results, or suggest that you are PLManager or speak for it.
• Cookie stuff: set referral tracking without a real, informed click by the visitor, for example through hidden frames, pop-unders, forced redirects or browser extensions.
• Fake sign-ups: pay or reward people to sign up, or create accounts that aren’t genuine customers.
• Use unsuitable places: promote PLManager on sites or channels with unlawful, hateful, adult or infringing content.
• Register our name: register domains, social handles or app names that contain “PLManager”.

7. Our name and logo.

You may use the PLManager name and logo only to refer to PLManager, and only in the form we provide. Don’t alter them or suggest that PLManager sponsors or endorses you.

8. Changes to the program.

We may change these terms or the program, or end the program, at any time. We’ll email affiliates about material changes. If you keep promoting PLManager after a change, you accept the updated terms.

9. Ending your participation.

• You can leave the program at any time by emailing support@plmanager.com.
• We may suspend or remove you from the program immediately if you break these terms. Referrals that break these terms don’t qualify.
• We may also end your participation for any other reason by telling you by email.

10. Our relationship.

You take part as an independent party. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise or employment relationship between you and PLManager. You may not make commitments on PLManager’s behalf. You are responsible for your own taxes related to the program.
