Getting started:

New to PLManager? Find answers about how the product works, what you need to connect, and what to expect on your first login.

PLManager is a hosted SaaS profit analytics platform built exclusively for WooCommerce store owners. You register on our platform, paste your WooCommerce read-only API key, and see your real net profit — after COGS, fees, ad spend, refunds, and shipping — in under 60 seconds. No plugin install on your site required.
No. PLManager connects to your WooCommerce store using a read-only REST API key you generate in your WooCommerce settings (Settings → Advanced → REST API). Nothing is installed on your site. This means zero plugin conflicts, and it works even on agency-managed or locked-down stores.
For stores with up to 500 orders, your full profit number with cost breakdown appears in under 60 seconds. For larger stores, the last 90 days sync first (still under 60 seconds) and full history continues in the background — you never wait for a spinner before seeing a real number.
PLManager is built ground-up for WooCommerce's 6-state order model: completed and processing count as revenue; pending and on-hold are excluded (awaiting payment); cancelled and refunded are subtracted; failed is ignored entirely. This is the correct logic — most competing tools get on-hold wrong.
The Free tier includes: 1 connected WooCommerce store, last 90 days of order data, net profit dashboard, up to 5 custom P&L fields, and unlimited manual cost entry. No credit card required. You can stay on Free for as long as you want and upgrade when you need full history, reports, or CSV import.

Plans & billing:

Questions about what is included in each plan, how billing works, upgrading, downgrading, and annual vs monthly pricing.

PLManager has three tiers: Free ($0/mo), Pro ($29/mo or $190/yr), and Business ($59/mo or $390/yr). Pro adds full order history, unlimited P&L fields, CSV import, and monthly/yearly reports with PDF & CSV export. Business adds multiple store connections and priority support. Annual plans save 45%.
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro or Business at any time — access to the new tier's features is immediate upon payment. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is always retained regardless of tier.
Annual billing saves you 45%: Pro is $190/year (vs $348 billed monthly) and Business is $390/year (vs $708 billed monthly). Both billing cycles include exactly the same features. You can switch between monthly and annual from your Account Settings at any time.
You can cancel anytime — no penalties, no lock-in contracts. Your account remains active until the end of your paid billing period. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate. On day 30, all data is permanently and irrecoverably deleted.
There is no time-limited trial — instead, PLManager has a genuinely useful permanent Free tier. You can connect your store, see your real profit, and use the dashboard indefinitely before deciding to upgrade. This way the aha moment comes before the paywall, not after.

Data & security:

How PLManager stores and protects your WooCommerce API credentials, your financial data, and what happens to your data if you cancel.

Yes. Your WooCommerce consumer key and secret are encrypted at rest using AES-256 before being written to the database. The encryption key is stored separately in the server configuration file — not in the database. Credentials are never logged, never exposed in error messages, and decrypted only in server memory at sync time.
No. PLManager only requires read-only API credentials. It fetches order data and product costs from your store — it cannot create, update, or delete any data in your WooCommerce store. Read-only scope is enforced at the API key level in WooCommerce.
Absolutely not. PLManager is built with strict multi-tenant isolation — every database query is scoped to your account ID. No user can ever see another user's orders, costs, or profit data under any condition, including edge cases like admin diagnostics and background sync jobs.
On cancellation, your account moves to a soft-deleted state and you lose access immediately. Your data is retained for 30 days — you'll receive a confirmation email on day 1 and a final warning on day 27. On day 30, all your orders, cost entries, P&L fields, sync logs, and encrypted credentials are permanently and irrecoverably deleted.
Your PLManager dashboard continues to work normally using the last successfully synced data. A "last synced" timestamp is always visible so you always know how fresh your data is. If sync fails repeatedly, PLManager will send you an automated email notification so you can update your credentials.
